This notice is intended to protect our clients, reinforce trust in our global distributor network, and reaffirm our commitment to innovation, safety, and integrity in the cleanroom and pharmaceutical industries.

✅ Applied Physics: The Only Authorized Manufacturer

Since our founding in 1992, Applied Physics Inc. has been a pioneer in precision fog generation and contamination control technologies. We are the original designer and sole rights holder of the AP-Series LN₂ Cleanroom Foggers and CRF-Series Cleanroom Visualization Systems.

Let us be clear:
Applied Physics Inc. is the only company authorized to engineer, manufacture, and distribute genuine AP- and CRF-series fogging systems.

Any organization suggesting otherwise is, to our knowledge, misrepresenting their capabilities. Such systems are not backed by Applied Physics warranties or support, and may present serious performance and regulatory risks in GMP, cleanroom, and pharmaceutical environments.

Applied Physics has always maintained in-house engineering and product assembly, but in 2024 we took a major step forward by acquiring a full steel fabrication and production facility in Tampa, Florida.

This transition allowed us to bring all fabrication, quality control, and final assembly fully under our roof — ending a long-term dependency on third-party manufacturers. While this shift temporarily impacted delivery timelines, it was a strategic upgrade to ensure long-term stability, safety, and agility for our clients.

As with any market leader, change can invite confusion—or opportunism.

We are aware that certain entities have misrepresented their ability to produce, distribute, or support Applied Physics systems. To our knowledge, these representations are inaccurate and unauthorized.
