Contamination Wafer Standards, Calibration Wafer Standards and PSL Calibration Wafers are NIST Traceable Calibration Standards using certified polystyrene microspheres or silica microspheres to calibrate the size accuracy of scanning surface inspection systems in semiconductor metrology applications. We specialize in spot deposition and full deposition on 100 mm to 300 mm ultraclean silica wafers, or customer’s wafers. Polystyrene particle size standards used to calibrate aerosol laser counters. Polystyrene puff beds used to fill furniture Poufs, floor pillows, ottomans, and throw pillows.
Our CRF6, CRF3 and CRF2 cleanroom foggers, 2001 cleanroom fogger and LN2 ultrapure foggers are used in air balance and smoke studies to visualize airflow turbulence in barrier isolators, bio-safety cabinets, clean rooms, etc. 2001 cleanroom foggers are used in smoke studies to visualize airflow and turbulence in clean rooms, ISO suites, sterile rooms, barrier isolators, RABs, BSCs and glove boxes. Compare clean room fogger performance for your smoke study. Our modern ultrapure foggers include adjustable airflow velocity control, adjustable fog volume and wireless remote control. We provide LN2 ultrapure foggers and ultrasonic foggers using only DI Water, WFI and sterile water.
Our LN2 ultrapure fogger introduces a totally pure fog for use in cleanrooms, pharmaceutical ISO suites. It includes a rolling trolley, replacing traditional carry handles of the older ln2 fogger designs. The AP35 and AP100 LN2 ultrapure foggers are the best tools for ultrapure fog providing airflow velocity control, fog volume control and wireless remote control with user friendly operation. By combining LN2 with DI water, sterile water or WFI water, an ultrapure fog vapor is produced in low to high volumes to visualize airflow turbulence in your smoke study.
We also provide the lower cost, lower fog volume CRF2, CRF3 and CRF6, portable cleanroom foggers; which use ultrasonic transducers to produce a pure fog for airflow visualization of turbulence in fume hoods ISO suites, sterile rooms, and to balance airflow between rooms and door openings. The CRF3 and CRF6 Cleanroom Foggers are produced with electro-polished, stainless steel enclosures and are our best selling foggers due to small size, adjustable fog volume, adjustable airflow and wireless remote control. The CRF6, CRF3 and CRF2 uses only DI water, sterile water or WFI water to produce an adjustable fog output that can be tuned to your dynamic airflow needs.
Our Decontamination and Sterilization machines help reduce unwanted pathogens in agriculture growth, to improve olive tree fruit production, and improve dairy production by drastically reducing pathogens that affect dairy production. Our Dry Foggers and portable, battery operated, Backpack Dry Fogger is used to sanitize rooms, buildings, tunnels, foods, food processing and agricultural growths by killing molds, yeasts, fungii, spores, coronavirus and Candida Auris fungus, which is a harmful form of yeast. Using all natural decontaminate liquids, our sanitizing foggers reduce harmful pathogens, providing remarkable production increases to dairy and food production.
