Description

The EMTEK 316 Stainless Steel Remote Air Sampler (RAS) is an industry-standard microbial sieve impactor engineered for critical aseptic zones, sterile isolators, RABS, biosafety cabinets, and filling lines. Constructed entirely from electropolished 316 Stainless Steel, the RAS withstands rigorous chemical sanitization (VHP, IPA, sporicides) and repeated steam autoclaving.

  • 316 Stainless Steel Construction: Electropolished 316SS base and 300-hole precision inlet cover provide superior chemical resistance and maximum cleanroom durability.
  • Adjustable Media Stage: Integrated height-adjustable plate stage accommodates standard 90mm Petri test dishes filled with 15ml to 40ml of agar media.
  • Flexible Vacuum Connectivity: Available with 0.375″ (3/8″) OD barb, 0.500″ (1/2″) OD barb, or 25mm Sanitary Tri-Clamp connections in side-port or bottom-port configurations for table-top or through-wall mounting.
  • Universal System Compatibility: Operates seamlessly with EMTEK P100, P100ss, R100, and V100 air sampler controllers.
