Description

Clean room AP100 ultrapure fogger to generate a dense fog for visualizing airflow, turbulence, dead spaces and airflow patterns in large clean rooms, ISO suites, sterile rooms and semiconductor clean rooms. The AP100 ultrapure fogger provides about 15.5 cubic meters of ultrapure fog per minute for about 90 minutes of operation, with a visual fog distance of 30 to 40 feet. The AP100 uses liquid nitrogen and deionized water, sterile water, or Water for Injection to create the ultrapure fog, leaving no residue behind and requiring no cleanup of any kind after the airflow visualization is complete.

AP100 Ultrapure Fogger for Smoke Studies and Cleanroom Airflow Validation

The AP100 ultrapure fogger is the largest volume ultrapure fogger available, providing 2 to 4 fog hose outputs to fog large clean room areas at one time. It is also used for contamination control studies, since the fog produced is ultrapure, non-contaminating fog that leaves no residue behind. The AP100 supports airflow visualization guidelines as defined by USP 797 In-Situ Airflow Analysis, ISO 14644-3 Annex B7, Federal Standards 209E and its replacement ISO Standard 14644-1 and 14644-2. So if you need a fogger for large cleanroom spaces or ISO suites, the AP100 Ultrapure fogger is the right choice.
