CRF2-S Decontaminating Fogger generates ≈ 0.26 cubic meters of visible sanitizing fog / minute, which evaporates and exponentially expands to cover ≈ 3,000 cubic feet per sanitizing cycle of 50 minutes. The CRf2-S uses a solution of hydrogen peroxide in purified water or distilled water to sanitize a closed area from unwanted bio-organisms, such as envelope viruses, bacterial growth, molds, spores, fungus and bio-organisms.

The CRF2-S is a portable, sanitizing fogger, using a solution of distilled water and H2O2, hydrogen peroxide to generate about 0.26 cubic meters of sanitizing fog per minute, which begins to evaporate about 6 feet distance, exponentially expanding to a sanitizing vapor to cover about 3,000 cubic feet  to decontaminate bio-organisms in small business offices, medical rooms, work areas and industrial areas. If you are comparing hand sprayers and electro-sprayers to the CRF2-S, how much fog volume does the other fog generator produce and how big are sprayer liquid droplets, compared to the 10 micron vapor droplets of the CRF2-S? The CRF2-S provides constant fog volume and provides a 10 foot, power on/off remote cable. The CRF2-S would be used in bio-decontamination of small medical rooms, homes, business offices, police vehicles, ambulances, EMT vans, etc.

Sanitizing Areas for Your Employees, or as a SERVICE to Your Customers

The CRF2-S produces a visible aerosol fog at about 10 micron droplet diameter, which is the right size of droplet to float in the air. The droplets exit at a constant fan speed. As the aerosol sterilant is pushed into the air, it begins to evaporate to a vapor at an exponential rate, which further accelerates the sterilant into all areas up to 3,000 cubic feet (87 cubic meters per cycle, killing spores, fungus, envelope viruses, molds, fungus, etc. The CRF2-S can be directly controlled or operated via a 10 foot remote power cable.

Sanitizing Fogger, Decontaminating Fogger

The CRF2-S is a portable sanitizing and decontamination fogger is designed with a polyethylene enclosure, which is resistant to most environments. The CRF2-S Fogger produces a 10 micron fog which quickly evaporates to spread into an area of interest, allowing the sterilant to come into contact with open surfaces of bio-organisms to kill unwanted viruses, envelope viruses, spores, molds, fungus. CRF2-S ships in a rolling, carry case with handle and wheels to protect the sanitizing  fogger during transit and storage, when moving from location to location. Hydrogen Peroxide is used in the CRF2-S most often as a sterilant. H2O2 is found in nearly every home and is quite effective against unwanted bio-organisms. Hydrogen peroxide can be purchased at your local pharmacy, along with Distilled water. A Drain and Dry kit is included in CRF2-S package to easily drain the sterilant after use, and then to dry CRF2-S out before storing the fogger in the rolling carry case.

CRF2-S Technology

CRF2 uses 9 ultrasonic piezo devices to generate a pure visible sterilant fog of 0.26 cubic meters / minute, which exponentially evaporates to a sterilant vapor covering up to 3000 cubic feet, allowing the sterilant to come into contact with bio-organisms in that 3000 cubic foot area, in the air and on available surfaces.

SANITIZING FOGGER INFORMATION

The CRF2-S can be turned on or off at will, and refilled with Deionized water, Sterile Water or WFI Water as needed. The fog volume is constant. The only maintenance is to drain water and to air dry the water cavity immediately after each fog study.

In order to create larger volumes of fog, 9 ultrasonic devices are used, which vibrate at high frequencies, generating high volumes of vapor droplets at a diameter of 10 microns. The CRF2-S produces about 0.26 cubic meters of visible sanitizing fog, which evaporates to about 3000 cubic feet if the unit is run for a typical 50 minute cycle.

The transducer life is ~3,000 hours. To protect the transducers from damage there is a level sensor that will interrupt the input voltage to the transducer module, should the water level drop to a low level. This ensures long life and reliability.
Notes:

  1. The fog generated by this device contains microscopic droplets of DI water. AVOID USING IN IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES, WATER SENSITIVE PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT.
  2. The fan will operate with no water in the reservoir with the power switch in the ON position. This will aid in drying when the chamber is drained.
  3. Ensure the drain plug is snug tight.
  4. The CRF2 is intended to be used on a flat surface, on its feet, sitting on the floor, table, or a flat trolley cart. Tipping the fogger with water in the reservoir will damage the fogger. DO NOT OVERFILL OR TIP THE CRF2-S FOGGER DURING OPERATION.
