The Full Automatic Charmhigh SMT Production Line is a high-speed, high-precision PCB assembly solution designed for efficient surface-mount technology (SMT) production. The SMT pick-and-place system is designed for high-speed production, with the listed TS06 configuration offering a mounting speed of up to 30,000 components per hour (CPH) under optimal conditions. Its precision motion system uses Panasonic A6 servo motors, including a dual-motor drive for the Y-axis, helping maintain stable movement and accurate component placement during high-speed operation.
The machine also uses a rigid cast-iron structural platform and precision THK ball screws and linear guides. This construction helps reduce vibration and provides greater stability during continuous high-speed operation.
Advanced Vision System

Flexible Component Feeding
The machine provides extensive component-feeding capabilities, with support for up to 100 standard 8 mm feeder positions in the specified configuration. It can also accommodate IC trays, stick feeders, vibration feeders, and other feeding methods depending on the component type.
