The P100 Remote Air Sampler Base Assembly (Clear Anodized Aluminum) serves as the core mounting platform for remote viable microbial air monitoring with P100 series air samplers. Constructed from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 clear anodized aluminum and 316 Stainless Steel, this base assembly isolates the sampling head directly at the critical point of operation, keeping the main vacuum source outside sensitive zones to minimize thermal and particle disruption.

Technical Specifications & Build

• Base & Media Stage: Machined from high-durability, clear anodized 6061-T6 Aluminum with an adjustable media stage to accommodate standard agar plates.

• Vacuum Fitting: Includes a heavy-duty 316 Stainless Steel (316SS) Vacuum Barb designed for $0.500”$ or $0.375”$ ID vacuum tubing.

• Mounting Integration: Built-in 1/4-20 threaded tripod mounting hole on the base for secure, flexible positioning inside isolators, RABS, or laminar flow hoods.

• Port Seal: Includes a precision Teflon Vacuum Port Plug for leak-tight isolation when not actively sampling.
