AP30 LN₂ Ultrapure Fogger with rolling, stainless steel enclosure, ≈ 6–7 M³ / Min. ultrapure fog, ≈ 15–20 ft. visual distance, ≈ 360–420 M³ fog during typical 60 minute operation cycle to visualize airflow turbulence in Small Clean Rooms, ISO Suites and Barrier Isolators. Dual 80mm fog outputs with velocity control and volume control.

AP Series LN2 Fogger Product Sheet

Description

The AP30 Ultrapure Cleanroom Fogger is a self-pressurized liquid nitrogen (LN₂) fogging system, engineered for high-precision airflow visualization, smoke studies and

. AP30 and

are parallel current AP Series models: AP30 uses a self-pressurized LN₂ architecture, while AP35 uses a passive/dewar-style LN₂ architecture. The AP30 is designed for cleanroom airflow visualization, smoke studies and validation applications. Using LN₂ and deionized water, the AP30 generates ultra-dense, zero-residue fog for crystal-clear airflow visualization, without introducing particulates, oils, or contaminants. With optimized fog production per liter of LN₂, the AP30 outperforms many traditional cleanroom fogging units in efficiency, visibility and operational flexibility.

The AP30 is designed to provide higher fog density, longer runtime and better efficiency than comparable ultrapure LN₂ fogging systems.

Designed for Cleanroom Validation & Airflow Testing

The AP30 Ultrapure Cleanroom Fogger is ideal for:

Unlike alternative foggers that rely on chemical-based fogging agents, the AP30 ensures pure, contaminant-free fog production, making it the gold standard for precision airflow mapping.

\ Fog distance measured at 40% humidity and air velocity of 90fpm. Visual fog distance decreases as humidity decreases or as airflow velocity increases.*

Which Smoke Generator Is Better For Smoke Studies?

Cleanroom UltraPure Fogger, 5 Cubic Meters per minute for 70 minutes with 20-30 feet visible distance.

\ Use Hand Gloves and Face Shield when filling LN2. Use 16M ohm DI water or WFI Pharmaceutical Water.*

Clean Room Fogger, 9cfm, 50 minutes Operation

CO2 Fogger, Vapor DiH2O Fogger, average 4cfm over 10 minutes

Related Cleanroom Foggers & Resources

16 Meg ohm DI water is standard or WFI Water. Do not permit DI Water to go stagnant in the water chamber. \* Use gloves when handling CO2 ice.*
