The AP USA V100 Remote Compressed Gas (RCG) assembly is an essential component designed to interface with the V100 Air Sampler, providing reliable, high-precision active microbial monitoring in controlled cleanroom and isolator environments. The V100 RCG is available in three distinct flow-rate configurations tailored to specific operational requirements:
28.3 LPM Configuration: Engineered strictly for confined space sampling applications. Features a durable blue silicone dome-to-base seal for reliable performance.
50 LPM Configuration: Suitable for both confined space sampling and compressed air/gas sampling. Equipped with a heavy-duty blue fluorosilicone seal for enhanced chemical resistance and seal integrity under gas flow conditions.
100 LPM Configuration: High-volume setup optimized for both confined space sampling and compressed air/gas sampling. Features a chemical-resistant blue fluorosilicone seal to handle high flow rates with maximum durability.

RCG Base Assembly: Premium white epoxy/polyester-coated aluminum base providing a smooth, easy-to-sanitize finish.
Dome-to-Base Seal: High-grade Blue Silicone (28.3 LPM) or Blue Fluorosilicone (50 & 100 LPM) to ensure a secure, airtight fit.
Polycarbonate Dome Assembly: Clear, impact-resistant dome complete with an aluminum barbed inlet adapter for quick tubing integration.
Dome Retention Clip: Heavy-duty Delrin clip ensuring positive retention and quick assembly/disassembly during sampling workflows.
